I am looking to let out a property of mine in London and I have found an excellent company called Thames Property Management... has anyone on here used them before? They seem very fair priced and qualified. It looks like a quality service for international landlords who have property in London and finds tenants. Worth checking out, as very fair fees.

Hi John, Well I don't know about your mentioned company, however if you are looking to rent out your property in London there is one more great website that I came across while checking on internet i.e. http://www.plazaestates.co.uk/properties-to-rent/letting-your-property . I hope you find it useful too. They are hired to convey the correct message using the information they are given and find out for you. It is their purpose to sell for you honestly.

If you are renting out property in London, you'd be adviced to use a local agent. They'll charge 10% but it's worth it, although somepeople do now advertise direclty via various websites. The ads should appear on rightmove.com or zoopla.com if you want a wide audience. Agents would also charge 5% to manage the flat, though in my experiece you can manage very easily directly, even if living abroad, provided you have a good building services company to send in when things go wrong (plumbing/ electrics, etc)
