American School of Dubai (ASD) - any thoughts?

The best known American schools in Dubai are the American School of Dubai (ASD), the Dubai American School (DAA) and Bradenton Prep. The first two are the longest established and Bradenton was only set up a few years ago but it has already built up a great reputation and better still doesn't have such ridiculously long waiting lists. Other schools with an American curriculum include Collegiate American and Universal American.

Yes, the American School of Dubai is definitely one of the most expensive school in Dubai but it does have an excellent reputation and the long waiting lists attest to the high demand it has from American parents. Get your name down early if you want a place!
