Are graduates schemes in Miami reputable?

Hi, I am currently thinking of moving to Miami for 6 - 12 months in order to widen my work experience and get away from London life! I have recently graduated and was wondering if there are many grad schemes based in Miami and if they are worth applying for and recognised world wide. Any further information you could give would be much appreciated.
