Are there always dust storms in Dubai?

Hello , I lived in kuwait where there is sand dust in the breathing air. There is dust storm 2 days in a week , usually thursdays & fridays Is it the same in UAE / Dubai/ My question is : 1.Is dust storm frequent every week in dubai ? 2.Is air we breath mixed with sand in dubai also ?
