Are there schools in Dubai that offer vocational classes?

My son is going into grade 11. He's interested in culinary and hospitality. Are there any high schools that offer these elective courses? I looked at the American school but they don't seem to offer it. Any advice on schools would be greatly appreciated. We are moving from Canada anytime from now to after christmas
