I am recieving ssdi and wonder can I move to London and collect it? I also would want to know if finding a part time job is possible for an American with a disability? I also would want to try to finish my college credits and possiby go to work full time some day and become a citizen ?
Have a look at Working in the UK and Work Permits for the UK as a starting point. You can visit the country for up to 3 months without a visa. Then you will need to find a job and and employer that can sponsor your visa application.
You should get away with collecting SSDI as long as you can provide a US address. However, if your case ever gets reviewed while you are overseas you may lose the benefits.
