Can you get a Work Visa in Taiwan with a Diploma of Higher Education?

Hi! Just wondering if Taiwan government recognise the Diploma of Higher Education (UK version of an associates degree) alongside a 120 hour advanced TESOL certificate? Thanks in advance for your help.
