We recently used Biddulphs International to move from South Africa to Qatar. For R60 000 we got an unsupevervised international move, that is - no supervisor oversaw the packing or loading. I had to label, number and guess the contents of 174 wrapped items. When the goods arrived dockside, Biddulphs realised they'd underquoted (deliberately or incompetently, it's hard to say). They filled a container and then told us 14 items were left behind. Throughout these problems, Biddulphs were incommunicative and unprofessional, and very slow to respond to emails. This is stressful when you realise that Biddulphs has no intention of taking responsibility for their mistakes - while we are sitting in another country waiting for our goods. So my advice is, if you want to make your next move your worst move (as per the Biddulphs ad), choose Biddulphs International.
