Is 30000R pre-tax monthly salary decent to live a comfortable life in Cape-town for a family of 2 adults & 2 children. The life-style we prefer is normal considering following- - rentals for 2BHK apartment (outside city centre) - private school - Groceries - Petrol - Utilities - Part-time domestic help - taxes - outing on fortnightly basis with family. Beyond what level of Salary, we could expect some savings. Thanks
