Costs and info for special needs educations for 5 year son?

Hi, we might have a job offer for my husband in Sydney. Our son is currently in a special needs class here in Dubai. Please can you advise on the costs involved for special needs schooling. Also please advise on the costs of speech and occupational therapy? Will this have to be paid by our own medical insurance. Thanks.
