I have been given a fine and a deportaion order from the courts . I am a resident and sponsor my wife . Can anyone exp,ain what i have to do ? Do i need to be detained or can i just arrange payment ? What is the best way to leave this place dubai .
The process would largely depend on the reason for your deportation. For matters of this nature I think it would be best to consult an embassy or consulate of your home country, or an immigration lawyer about the process. I'm not sure of exactly what effect this will have on your wife's visa status but I would advise consulting someone about this too.
Hello.i got banned in Dubai in 2016 because of overstay....police catch me in 2015 and put me in naif jail then i go to nayaba then they put me in out jail and i got 1k fine or stay 10 days in jail after 10 days i appeal for bail and i came out of the jail then they gave me a date to come in court on this date and i went there on that date...judge told me to pay my fine it is i think almost 25k and i said ok i will pay they gave me 1 month to pay...but i can manage money so i go back to court after 1 month on that date that court gave me and i said to him that o can't arrange the money and judge gave me another date.so i didn't go on that date in court...after 1 year i went to police station to arrest me i ask them i want to go back to my country then again they took me many palces to find my passport but they can't and also forgot that i gave my passport in bail section...when they put me back to out jail then i told them that my passport is in dubai court at bail section then i got again 1k fine and after 15 days they call my name for eye scan after that i got a ticket and i came back to my country pakistan.now i want to go back because my family is there so plz help me to get out of this.
