Got an offer to work for an oil & gas operator in Italy. Just wanted to know what is the top dollars on offer in that part of the world? Housing, education and taxes all provided by the company. Thanks.

Have a look at this site - Oilcareers.com, I've tried a number of different combinations of qualifications and experience for different parts of the world and it generally tends to be accurate.
