Exporting a car from Dubai

I am new to this forum and would like to know the legislation and process of buying a car from Dubai and exporting it to South Africa. I have seen some cars that I like and would like to purchase these. I have no knowledge of cars in Dubai as I usually buy from Japan and were I buy from they usually do all the shipping arrangements of the car to Durban. If there is any one who has any knowledge surrounding this please assist me
