Looking to rent an apartment in Beijing for the short-term as I'm going there for work for six months. What's the best way to find an apartment to rent in Beijing. What are the best areas to stay as an expat in Beijing?
Hi Wallace, there are many different options for expats looking to rent an apartment in Beijing. We recently spoke to Tina Li, a real estate expert in Beijing and she offers some great tips on how to go about finding accommodation in Beijing and where the best areas in the city are. Check out what she has to say: Advice from a real estate expert on finding accommodation in Beijing

I'm moving to the other apartment right now, so I need to find people to leave in my apartment. Situated on the 31st floor in a very beautiful and secure Compound. Inside is neat and modern architecture, greenery, garden and landscape park, waterfall, Park for jogging and a little promenade. You can find also gym, shop, laundry, underground parking.
Price is 6800, no agency fees.
If you are interested, please contact me 15010938958. I have to find people before 5th of January.
Just look for the compound you like and then try to talk to the agency in the area.
Also, if an agency showed you a place you are NOT legally required to rent via them. Just contact the landlord directly and sign a contract. It will be cheaper because he saves the agency fee.
