How do I get a spousal visa for Taiwan?

I have been asked to work for an American based company in Taiwan. I am an expat American living in Thailand. I have a Thai wife. I was wondering how difficult it will be for my wife to join me in Taiwan. What hoops do we go through to come and live with me. Should I expect accomodation, expenses, etc. with the offer?
