I got job in dubai and my salary is 4000dhms. I want to take my son along with me and my sister is staying in dubai. She is a doctor. I dont have any tenancy contract, can i use my sister's tenancy contract to sponsor my son?

My husband is working science 5 years we want shift family to Dubai is there any problam of getting house, He is working in bank banks don't provide the family acomidation How to bring my Son?
