How hard is it to buy property in Tokyo?

Hi I have visited Japan many times and am working in Texas and soon offshore on rotation and I have seen a few locations i would like to buy, I dont need mortage but every estate agent says so far it is easy and viewing the apartments next week, However how hard is it really and does any one know of property lawyers that deal with Expats, Kind Regards Scott
