How to find expat selling real estate in Provence?

My husband and I are looking for a home to purchase in Provence. We found a property online located near Draguignan. The problem is, we have written quite a few emails to the contact agent and we just can't seem to get much information. We asked for more photos, which we got, but they were not of the areas we asked for. None of our questions have been answered. We feel sure it is a communication problem - we don't speak French. How can we find an American expat who is qualified to sell real estate in Provence? Merci.
