Hi Salma, if you're wanting to change jobs in Saudi Arabia, you need to have the permission of your current/previous employer, which has acted as the sponsor for your visa. The same goes for exiting the country - you'll need an exit visa which has to be signed by your company. Therefore it's not as simple as just getting a new job and a new visa as you'll need to follow the correct process for this. It would be best to speak to your current company to start the process and get their approval for changing jobs and a new visa. To read more about this, see our Visas for Saudi Arabia and Working in Saudi Arabia pages.
Good luck with it all! Hope you come right with the new job!
Salma - how long have you worked in Saudi? Your initial contract is probably for 2 years for which an employer can expect you to complete. If you don't they might deduct costs from your final settlement. If you've finished your contract then probably you have to give 30 days notice during which your company will make a final exit stamp and then you will go back to your home country.
Most employers don't allow transfers to other companies so you have to be sure you've completed your first contract period and probably find a new company with a new visa ready for you in your home country.
The basic salary depends on what job you will do so we can't say if that is suitable.
As for the benefits then they are in line with what most companies offer.
