Is 500BHD+company provided accomodation sufficient for manama, bahrain?

hello there..
I have been given an offer of 500BHD and company provided bachelors' accomodation, to live in manama, bahrain. Being a bachelor,living a simple lifestyle, would i be able to save something?

I think you might be a little stretched to live on just BHD 500 a month, but it depends on your lifestyle and exactly how much you'd want to save.
Luckily, you biggest expense is accommodation and that is taken care off by your employer. Be aware though that sometimes rent is exclusive of municipal taxes and utilities. I would check if your employer is going to cover the cost of these as well.
The next expense is that of a car, which is necessary in Bahrain. You can hire a decent care for around BHD 150 per month. You are in the Middle East, so petrol witll b cheap :)
The amount you would spend on food and entertainment pursuits will obviously depend on your preferences but I would say budget around another BHD 150 a month. I
