Is it difficult to get a visa for Bahrain if you have a disability?

Please answer me.....Iam a Electrical engineer and i have two year experience in electrical designing but the problem is iam physically handicapped but i can walk ,run and every other activity. so is there any problem in medical or in work visa to work in bahrain. let me know correct details
