Is it possible to have residence permits for both Saudi Arabia and Qatar at the same time?

Currently I am in saudi Arabia on independent visa i got a job offer from qatar is it possible whule doing a job in qatar i keep my current saudi visa as well. My kafeel has no problem with it.
