Possibility of getting a job while in Korea?

Hi I am a fresh graduate of computer science with some professional certificates in Telecommunication engineering. I have a relative in South Korea that is ready to send me an invitation letter to come to South Korea . My question is, is possible to get a job while in Korea? Is it possible to get a work permit?
