Dear all We are moving from the UK to Dubai in September this year with our triplet daughters, aged 7. We all spent a week in Dubai last month, touring schools among other things. We now have a list of 3 preferred schools: DESS (our clear favourite but unlikely to yield 3 places in Year 3), Royal Dubai School and Repton. Does anyone have any first (or second!) hand knowledge of any of these schools please? It's difficult for us to decide between RDS and Repton - the first is obviously smaller and seemed a really warm, supportive school, while the latter clearly has great facilities in a much larger setting. Any opinions gratefully received. Kate

Our children go to Repton. Year 3 and 5. It is big, expensive and many complain about these things. Our children really enjoy it. The work stretches them. The facilities are vey good. The quality of teaching varies as all schools do but we are happy with what we've seen. We know friends at DESS and they enjoy the school. Most schools seem to get positive feedback from those that attend. I guess it depends on what people are use to and what they expect. We moved from a small state school in England to this large private school in the desert. But so far so good.
