Hello!

I would like to know the validity of a Court wedding in Abu Dhabi between 2 non muslims expats, outside the UAE, specially in Europe.
Can anyone help me?

by court wedding do you mean civil wedding in Europe? If so, the marriage is valid. however, you will need to ensure that the wedding certificate if not in English, is firstly transalated into English by a UAE ministry of Foreign Affairs translator & duly stamped by the translator. Secondly, then you need to have it attested (both original + translation) by the UAE Embassy in the country of your marriage. Hope this helps!

That's a good question,... but for all social purposes, won't the 'outward' perception of validity simply hinge on whatever you say? Or is it a legal right issue?
