There's plenty of virtual private networks that allow you to watch UK television from anywhere in the world. Watchuktv.co.uk allows you try out their product with a free temporary trial.

I have been using uktvaccess for more than a year. it's brill! just go to the website for set up, it's pretty straight forward if in doubt the technical support guy is really helpful..

I was struggling so much with free proxies with all those endless adds and pop ups ... thanks to this forum and thank you Patty for the recommendation :) uktvaccess works smooth... trying hard not to become a telly monster :P good days to you all ...
