Thank you Shantalie. Out challenge is that we have been living in UK for a year and now are only allowed 1 shipment to KSA. Although we've not acquired much, we have exercise CDs, tour books of UK with pics of cathedrals and my spices. Without excessive costs of mailing home to US only option is discard which we don't want to do.
Saudi Arabia's shipping laws are quite strict. Spices are not one the items that is commonly banned from the country. However, as shipping regulations are constantly changing I'd advise you to contact the authoraties to confirm exactly what is and isn't allowed to be shipped into the Kingdom.
Here are the contact details for the regulatory board: SMSA P.O. Box 63529 Riyadh 11526 Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Phone number: +966 1 220 1277 Fax number: +966 1 220 12 66
You are right shipping will certainly be your cheapest option. Just doublt check about the spices, as you don't want end up with a hefty fine when your shipment reaches the other side.
