What kind of "severe weather" (other than the heat), can we expect? For instance severe thunderstorms?? How intense do they get?? How often do they happen? Do they sometimes roll over into worse weather, like cyclones or anything else? And how long does the average duststorms last?
Aside from the intense heat, there aren't any other notable weather hazards in Qatar. The humidity can be overwhelming though, especially when coupled with summer tempereatures of up to 50°C.
