What salary to expect in Qatar?

Hi Iam aviation professional with MBA (Mktg) and 20+ years of experience. Offered role of Senior Technical Material Planner by an aviation company. Starting with single status, expecting family to move in the next 3-6 months. My Query :- What salary should i quote as to meet my single/family (No Kids) expenses and savings. Would 21,000 QR be decent enough to start with ?
