Background
A founding member of the International Baccalaureate Organization, Frankfurt International School (FIS) has been offering the International Baccalaureate (IB) programme to students for over 40 years. The school's IB scores are the highest in the region and are consistently above the world average.
The school has two campuses. The main campus is the central Oberursel Campus, which houses the elementary school (ages 7 to 10) and upper school (ages 11 to 18). The primary school (ages 3 to 6) is on an adjacent property. The Wiesbaden Campus (ages 3 to 12) is much smaller and is situated in a countryside suburb.
