Hi, Revathi,
Congratulations for the offer!
Without your current compensation and some basic details, it would be difficult to respond to your question.
Part of this also depends on the ties you have with the UK and the amount of travel you may have back in the UK.
A cash flow analysis along with a review of your tax situation as well as the terms of your offer would give you the much needed peace of mind and help you decide how you may further the discussion with your prospective employer.
Since relocation could be very costly and impact the settling in of you on the new job and your family in a new country, I would suggest that you spend some time reviewing the relocation package and how the logistics would be organized as well.
If you would like to discuss this with a professional in greater details, we could take this offline because of the personal nature of the discussion. You could find out more about how I can help as well as my credentials at www.contexomobility.com.
All the best.
