Born in Zambia - is possible to move back?

Hi I was born in Zambia and moved to the UK when I was only 6months old. I was wondering I its possible for me to move back and work and live there. I'm a professional driver with a number of licenses. Can you give me brief outline of the possibilities. Many thanks James
