Are there any Barbers that can tell me what I will need to get work in Abu Dhabi?

I am in Barber School here in the States and was wondering what I would need to find a job as a legal barber in Abu Dhabi. I know to have my own shop I need a business partner, but what other licensing do I need besides the partner?
