Planning to Move to KL

Hello I have been offered a Consulting Job role in Malaysia with 15000 RM Per month Plus Relocation assistance with Claim , EP and Travel, On-time Joining bonus, Medical Insurance , BB and Mobile Reium Monthly and Transport allowance,Monthly I would like to know is it worth to move with A family of Three( Me , Wife and a small Kid under 1 Year. Well we prefer to live a reasonable life,have a moderate furnished apartment with max facilities, Have a car and spend leisure some times only. I am from Delhi basically. If i can get a realistic answer Thanks Vikas
