Educational certificates verified for Dubai

Hi, I am moving to Dubai from Mumbai, India in a few days, my employment entry visa should be here in a week. However, I have not got my educational certificates stamped for verification and attestation. Can this process be done entirely in the UAE? If yes, how long will it take? Which agencies do it? And are express services for the same available?
