Best Place to Live in with least traffic rush near Deria City Center

I'm new arrival to Duabi, I want your advice help about the best Family place to live/rent in if my work near Deira City Center in Dubai. Which are the places that have good traffic roads and no congestion or long tripe during peak/rush hours in the morning and evening. And what places/streets you recommend me to avoid ?
