Is there a good expat community in Olhos Da Agua?

My partner and I are retired and have recently moved to Portugal and are thinking of Settling in the Olhos da Agua area as we have been told it has a good expat community. Is this true? We would also like to know whether there are any expat clubs or voluntary/charity organisations in the area that we could get involved with. In addition does anybody know of any 2 bedroomed properties for long term rental in this area as we have not had much luck finding anything so far. Thanks Jean
