How easy is it to live in Poland while studying?

Hi there. I m from Sri Lanka, I m planing to study in Poland,hence I would like to know more details, how comfortable living in Poland?, can I work while studying, how safe for ladies to work and living alone there? finding job is difficult or easy for foreigners? is there any cultural and religious problems? Please kindly advise me thanks
