Can expat spouses work in Riyadh?

Hi, I just moved to Riyadh with my husband and i am on his Iqama. I have over 8 years experience in Human Resources Management and absolutely depressing to not be working here. Can i work here? are there legal limitations? Thanking in advance, Best regards, Rush
