For the most part, the international schools in Singapore are well-regarded by the expat community. Most utilise the IB curriculum, though there are some that focus on the curriculum from their country of origin, like the French and British schools.
UWCSEA is the school with the best reputation and the longest waiting list. It can take between 3 to 4 years just to get your child into this school, and many expats just don't have that long. In the meantime (if you are planning to stay long-term) you can enrol your child in either ISS, OFS or the Canadian School. All are pretty decent, but they have high turnovers - so children tend to feel a little unsettled.
