I recommend you have a look at the Expat Arrivals Hong Kong guide. There's information about housing, areas and suburbs, the cost of living in Hong Kong, and even education and schools.
In short though, housing in Hong Kong is very expensive, and most people live in apartments - not houses. Generally speaking, older, Chinse-style housing farther from the city centre is cheapest. That said, living outside the cenral business area also means that you may have a longer commute. That said, the Hong Kong public transportation system is excellent.
I'm not sure where many Indian people live, but North Point is a good option if you'd like to integrate with the local people and need reasonably priced accommodation.
Check out the English School Foundation (they run over 20 schools on the island) if you're interested in a British curriculum.
Not being Indian myself this is not my area of expertise. However from my experience there is not one concentrated area where Indians choose to live here.
In terms of prices it depends where you want to live and how much space you need, but if you need two/three bedrooms and want to live not too far away from the city then you should think at least 15000 HK per month and up. Some places will be cheaper than this, but it is could to expect to pay a lot for accommodation here.
In terms of schools, after a bit of a google search it seems the Korean International School teaches the program you are looking for:
