Hi guys,
Planning on moving to HCMC later this year to work teaching English at a local school. I am really excited, not least because the exotic food they have available.
I am keen to try local food and eat where the locals eat. Can anyone recommend any particular restaurants to me. What are the must-eat local dishes?

Ho Chi Minh City is a food lovers paradise and you can try local cuisine for really low prices. Some say it is cheaper to eat out in Vietnam than it is to cook at home.
