Awaiting for your quick with positive revert..
There is no shortcut to visas and work permit applications. To clarify, a visa is for entering the country, a permit allows you to stay in the country. You will apply for a visa before going to Malaysia, and the work permit should be applied for once in Malaysia.
You would most probably need to apply for a multiple-entry visa, given that you are there for work purposes. According to the Malaysian government, you will require the following:
Note, however, that in skilled jobs, the government prefers that positions are filled by Malaysians, unless there is a proven shortage of skilled workers in the field. It should also be the employer's responsibility to justify your appointment to the government.
If I understand correctly, however, you may be in the services industry, which is one of the sectors Indians can work in in Malaysia. The Malaysian government defines this has someone who works as a cook, in retail, as a barber, a metalworker or in textiles. This is obviously in your favour.
I would recommend having a look at our Work Permits for Malaysia page, where you can also find a link to the Immigration Department of Malaysia. Also, have a look at our Visas for Malaysia page to see what you will need to enter the country.
After finding out as much as you can, the next step will be to contact your closest Malaysian consulate.
Good luck!
