A recent newspaper article argued that Dubai is becoming the new Essex, or south of Spain. Ignorance of the local culture and traditions. Loud and obnoxious behaviour, plus the D-list celebs on holiday in Dubai these days. Is this view a reality? We'd love to know your views!
