What medical tests are required for expats to get jobs in refineries in Kuwait?

Hi, I would like to know what type of medical tests expats are required to go through in order to get a job in a refinery in Kuwait. 
Any info from someone who has lived and worked in Kuwait would be ideal. Thanks
