Will there be a work ban on me in UAE?

Hi, I have some inquiry that I hope you can help me with. I have joined a job in Dubai on husband visa but due to personal problem, left the same after few days. so the employer insists that if i resign within probation period (six months), I ll have to pay the processing fee of labour card. For which I denied. Now the employer registered the case in labor court. The question is whether i should pay the labour card fee and will there a work ban on me? Please suggest me asap.
