Is it possible to bypass the short term rental; and rent a 6-12 months accommodation in Melbourne before arrival from the UK? If so, what kind of documentations or information do the agents require? Do I need to have a job in Melbourne before I can rent longer term accommodation? What preparation should I do to increase my chance of a successful application for rental?
