Hello My husband has been offered a job based in Nairobi but travelling around East Africa. I intend to join him, don't need to worry about accommodation etc as is provided. He will get a working visa l will be a dependent, we don't have kids and l am very keen to work. I'm not really sure which visa l should be considering, and even where to go about looking for employment. I'm a project consultant/business analyst in UK and although not precious about kind of work administration fine l don't think l will fair well sitting around all day, lve always worked!

I have a spousal visa for south africa, due for renewal in September. Do i need all the things i got before when i applied for the visa (marriage cert, police clearence, medical report, lung xray, letter from spouse, etc) or do i just take my passport and visa to home affairs? and what form would i need? PLEASE HELP!!!

I would like to move to Barcelona for a year or two between degrees. I don't need to make a lot of money, I would just like to know if anyone has insight into whether it is possible for foreigners to find work in Barcelona that pays enough to sustain yourself.

I am from India. I will be traveling to Malaysia in three months on a dependent visa. I am currently employed in a company in India. This company has given me the offer to work from Malaysia. The salary will be credited in Indian rupees and it will be credited to my Indian bank account. The income earned here will be taxed in India.

So, will it be considered as legal,if i work from Malaysia with a dependent visa for an Indian company. My physical presence will be in Malaysia but will be working for an Indian company. Could you please advise on this?

Hi, I am an American expat living in the Philippines. I have been here for almost a year and I have basically run out of money. There are little job opportunities for me here since I am 22 and I only have a high school diploma. I bought a PC café when I moved here and I thought it was a good business idea but I’m barely making ends meet since I also have a girlfriend and kid. I can’t survive on counting peso coins and the maintenance on the computers is costly.

My agent tells me if I'm successful I would be offered 15 days accommodation from the date of arrival, My questions - What is the standard store management contract in Dubai Like, does it include accommodation allowance, transport allowance, medical insurance allowance? - and what's the salary range am I looking at (with 5 years retail management)?

Hi Friends, I got offer from a telecom Company in Riyadh as a Telecom Trainer. I have 7 years of experience as a telecom Engineer and presently working in India. The Company in Riyadh is offering me 9000 SR/month including transportation and house rent. Please advise me if I want to live a good life with my spouse and 1 child (age 1 year) and want to make savings of around 2000 USD/month, how much salary I must get. I want to live in a good compound in Riyadh and my living style is very normal. CAN I HAVE ALL THE ABOVE MENTIONED FACILITIES IN 9000 SR OR I SHOULD NEGOTIATE MORE ON THIS.

I will be leaving sometime in August for Abu Dhabi (to teach), my husband and I really want to fly together or at least at the same time and not wait until i can sponsor him.The question is what is his next step? how does he go about getting a tourist visa or job seeking visa so He can go with me. Hi all, I'm moving to France to study in Sophia-Antipolis, thus I'm looking for accomodation in one of the nearby cities. I was thinking of staying in Nice, since the bus taking to sophia-antipolis is taking only 40 minutes to get there (according to the cg06 website). Can anyone already living there confirm such an estimate? Would it be possible that such timing would eventually increase due to heavy traffic in your opinion? (especially in hot times of the day, like early in the morning) Thank you very much in advance!

Good afternoon, I have been offered a job in Jeddah and am considering whether or not I can accept it. I have been with my girlfriend for 2 years now and we are not planning on getting married anytime soon. I obviously want my girlfriend to move with me, but I understand that it is illegal for her to live with me unless we are married. Is this correct? Would my girlfriend be able to move and live with me if she was to get a job in Jeddah and had a sponsor as well? Thank you for your help. Regards David

Hi I'm moving to Moscow next month. I have sorted out most of what I am bringing, got the usual stuff; a kindle and laptop to keep me entertained and lots of warm clothes for winter etc My question is really, what can I not get in Moscow? I lived in China for a few years and found it almost impossible to buy shoes, when I lived in America, a long time ago, I brought English tea bags and biscuits with me. I imagine It will be easier to find things in Moscow than it is most places, but what can't you get there, that you really miss, that I should put in my suitcase? Many thanks Matthew

So my wife and I are moving to Edinburgh in a month and are having a difficult time securing a flat. When we were over in December we tried to make connections with letting agents but were told it was too far out to talk to us. Now when we try to look for places we either get no response to our inquiries or are told that we have to view it before they will discuss rental. I realize the process is different in a new land, but we are used to operating via the internet and being able to make arrangements remotely.

My husband and son would also be coming with me if I take up the position (my son is 5) and my husband would also be looking for a role. My question is on the family visa - I received an email from the Orient Express Travel and the cost is 2,650 dollars for the family visa - is this correct ? We are from Ireland...thanks.

Hi, So I need to know how hard it is to bring a foreign car in. I am from Australia, where we have all kinds of preposterous laws to stop people importing vehicles...it seems easier in Japan? Aside from the normal taxes that ppl pay (aquisition tax, annual tax) and the parking space requirement, is there any other obstacle other than the shipping fees and emissions test? Any other hidden regulations about what can/can't be imported? Thanks!!
