Which is the best public primary school in Dublin?

We'll move to Ireland in middle September. We'd be very grateful if anyone can give us some advice for good public primary schools in Dublin for the children and where in Dublin is the best place for the family to live. Many thanks in advance!

Accomodation in Toronto with family and dog

Bed and breakfast accommodation in Dublin

Where should I send my kids to school in the Netherlands?

Hi everyone

We're planning on relocating to the Netherlands next year, and want to really do our research properly. I hope someone here can help me out. I've been considering sending my kids to a public school (they're both young enough to fit in nicely, I think) and since we haven't decided on where we plan to live, I'd rather settle in an area close to a good school. I will be working in The Hague, and we're quite keen to find a place to stay outside of the city.

Is it safe to move to Barcelona after the recent terror attacks?

I hope there are some expats or travellers in Spain that can help me out here.

I've got a great job offer in Barcelona and I'm due to move on the 1st of September. Everything is pretty much sorted and my family and I were excited to make the move but the terror attacks that took place last week have put a bit of a dampner on things. What is safety like in the city at the moment? Are the authorities on high alert? Do you feel safe living in Barcelona right now?

Moving to Ireland as an adult dependant

Hello! I am the mother of two British/American adult children. Father born and living in Leeds, U.K.. My Son is moving to Ireland for school, work and family. My Daughter and I will be joining him in March 2017. I am American and hold only an American passport. Is it true? My 24 year old Son can sponsor me to move to Ireland as I am disabled and financially dependent on him? If so, how long until I would get a residance card- then work? Kindly, Lori

How to immigrate to Canada if you are 40 and above?

I am currently living in India and my brother lives in Canada and is a citizen. I wish to immigrate to Canada. I am planning to join a diploma course in computer programming for 2 years at Algonquin University. After completing my course I wish to apply for a work permit and hopefully will get a job in the same field and then apply for Canadian residency. I am above 40 and was thinking if this is the right way to go about immigrating to Canada.

Is 35K AED a good Salary for a Data Scientist in Dubai (Family of 2)?

Hi, I have been offered a Data Scientist job in Dubai. I want to move there with my wife, we have no kids. Salary on offer is 35K AED. Company will provide 2 weeks of free hotel, medical insurance, and return tickets for both of us. Currently, I work in London, UK on the same post and get £70K. So, is 35K AED a good salary to move to Dubai and will I be able to save any money at all considering Dubai is very expensive?

"Quoted" Thanks for having come over for the interview. We are close to reaching a decision on selection and are now putting together the screening observations. One thing we brought up during the discussion was clarifying on expected salary package. You clarified that your expected salary package is AED.15,000 (total of basic & all allowances).

In 2008 I've been working for CGG Veritas in Miri, Borneo, Malaysia. I'd love the place. I'm a physician, retired in Brazil and wanting to move to a better place. Hello I'm from Philippines and Im currently working as a housemaid here in Abu Dhabi for 15 days and I just found out that I can only have 1 day off in a month and that I should clean the house before I can take my day off. I work 13-14 hours a day. I'm really exhausted since I arrive because I haven't rest yet since my 9 hours flight.I'm just wondering if I can change employer? Emigrating from south africa

Im so lost and need help. We want to move out of south africa to any other country. We dont mind if it is over seas or just somewhere in africa like Kenya or so! Question about short term work assignment and school for my daughter in Frankfurt

Hello, I am more than likely going to be assigned to Franfurt for a 6 month work assignment in September. I plan on my wife and 5 year old daughter to accompany me. What is the best option as far as school/education for my daughter as an English speaker only? She would be starting kindergarten in September here in the USA, I'm not sure what the equivalent is in Germany. Budget is a concern but not a blocker. Please help!
