I am new in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia with my family. I am a bit concerned that it is not the most exciting destination for the kids. Can any expats living in Jeddah provide me with info on what activities are available for my family? Are there any nice festivals that are suitable for children?

If your future employer in Saudi Arabia offers you a family visa with a salary of 12300 SAR including food, accommodation and transport, is that a fair salary for an engineer? I saw all these crazy ads on the internet luring people to come make a small fortune teaching in China so curiosity got the best of me. I started digging online, and I have to wonder how the amounts I found on some sites could be so different than all the ads I have been seeing, talking about "great-paying teaching jobs in China".I starting digging even more and then found this report from the Huffington Post (http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/10/03/average-teacher-salary-around-world_n_4037534.html).

I am currently on a visit visa but have become fond of the place. Need to know where it is best to find employment and what sort of salary I can get. I have experience mainly in Customer services and Management. I am educated up to College level and am a native English speaker from the UK.

I am working in Abu Dhabi. I have been offered a job in Dubai. They told me there is no problem regarding the visa. They can get me a new visa in Dubai. What is your advice?

Hi I was on a B1 spousal visa for Israel not a work visa but I got a job in Dec. Now I am in a complex situation - The Israeli government want my company to pay employment tax, which is 20% on top of my gross salary. As far as I know, most people moving to Israel already have a job, but people like me on spousal visa need to find themselves a job.

What kind of company wants to hire or even give an interview to someone who they need to pay 20% tax for ? Why are there such different processes for the two B1 visas? 

I would like some information about registering a foreign drivers licence in the Netherlands with the city hall. Has any one had any experiences with this and how to go about it?

Hi, I'm American. I am finishing up my degree in Marriage and Family therapy and my daughter( who is a life coach) and I are considering coming to Ireland to live and work. I am having trouble finding information on whether or not Marriage and Family Therapist are used or allowed to work in Ireland and just don't know where else to turn for directions. I am not related to anyone ( directly) of Irish heritage, so I know I don't qualify to move there based on that. Any assistance will be appreciated. Oh yes, almost forgot. Hey all, Actually I have moved to Johannesburg last month. I have visited before also and the last time I came, I went to a school to get my children's registration done and they assured me that my children would get the admission.

Now, when I came this time, I contacted them and they told me that it has became very difficult for them to give my children the admission and that I should probably look somewhere else but they will still try.

Hello I am a mum of two lovely children currently living in London. The children are Austrian citizens, I am not, they have their father's citizenship. I am a single mother, I have a job in London but, I am planing to bring the children in Austria now, when they are still at a good age to learn German, 7y and 5y. The problem is that we do not speak German, the kids will learn no problem but, for me will be a bit difficult to find a job until I learn German. I could keep my London job but the idea of commuting is not good.

HI, I would like to visit Qatar. I'm considering to make just a short visit - two or three days and then fly to Malaysia. Since the Czech Republic from which I'm comming from, is not on the list of countries which can apply for tourist visa on arrivai, I need to ask hotel to be my sponsor.
